This is a 12-month minimum fixed-term role with a big impact. This is a high-profile opportunity to shape our future workforce, guide strategic talent priorities, and drive capability-led transformation. In this role, you will develop and implement an enterprise capability framework — giving us a clear view of where our strengths lie today and what we need to build for tomorrow. You’ll help create the conditions for a high-performance culture that powers our growth and ambition.
