About The Role
We are now looking for an experienced Machine Operator to support daily operations of a designated production line/team within the Production Hall.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery as required.
- Ensure all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch.
- Maintain an understanding of product specifications and ensure specs are available.
- Support the team in the implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to meet required standards of work.
- Provide recommendations to the training function for all line operators.
- Motivate and report to staff.
