  • Develop and maintain the Genesis Programme Roadmap, including project timelines, milestones, governance structures, and cross functional responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Genesis Steering Group meetings, progress reviews, and decision making forums, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly communicated.
  • Partner with site Energy Leads and Engineering Managers to identify and validate Genesis opportunities, including baseline assessments, potential savings, payback calculations, and prioritisation criteria.
  • Support the Group Energy Senior Manager in building Group level insights from Genesis data, including site comparisons, efficiency trends, and groupwide improvement opportunities.

  • Support sites in delivering Genesis implementation plans, including coaching, training, capability building, and follow-up activities to ensure sustained performance improvement.
  • Conduct regular Genesis Programme Reviews at site and Group level, identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions or additional interventions.
  • Champion innovation by researching new technologies, processes, and energy efficiency solutions that could strengthen or expand Genesis workstreams.
  • Prepare internal presentations, programme documentation, and stakeholder updates to ensure visibility, transparency, and strong engagement across the business.
  • Support the Senior energy manager in delivering the energy strategy.
