Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

About The Role

As Payroll Support, you will assist the Payroll Advisors with the daily maintenance of payroll systems across both sites, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You will play a key role in managing payroll administration, processing time and attendance information, and supporting weekly payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and distribute weekly payroll reports
  • Manage daily payroll-related paperwork including holiday forms, medical documents, and time & attendance records
  • Review and check timesheets, resolving any issues promptly
  • Ensure holiday requests are correctly authorised and processed daily
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the Time and Attendance system
  • Provide cover for Payroll Advisors when required
  • Support the team with additional ad-hoc administrative duties
