As Finance Business Partner - Operations, you will partner with Operations and Finance to drive smarter commercial decisions.
You’ll translate financial data into actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and support budgeting, cost of capital, and post-implementation reviews.
You’ll help deliver monthly financial results, strengthen controls, and build cross-functional understanding.

Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the SHEQ agenda and ensure compliance
- Deliver insightful monthly financial reports
- Support group profit goals through business case creation and validation, including post-implementation reviews
- Ensure accuracy of cost of capital recovery
- Assist in developing group and customer budgets with stakeholders
- Lead the annual SIP reset for Packaging and Ingredients and monitor SIP impact
- Partner with IT, Procurement, PMO and Transformation teams to drive value creation
