What This Role Entails
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing tasks.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (website, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
- Create and manage engaging content in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Optimise SEO performance to improve organic reach and website visibility.
- Set up and manage essential content production equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting etc.).
- Monitor and report key marketing metrics.
- Source and execute branded promotional materials.
- Support outreach efforts such as partnerships and community engagement initiatives.

- Increase brand awareness through consistent and high-quality digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive organic traffic to digital platforms using SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Enhance engagement by producing compelling and relevant content.
- Improve marketing efficiency by setting up scalable processes and foundational assets.

Selection Criteria
- Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, InDesign, and Mailchimp (or similar).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance-tracking tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar) for lead tracking and engagement.
- Understanding of video production essentials (lighting, cameras, audio).
- Prior experience in sourcing and executing branded promotional materials.
