What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Technical Specifications Administrator to join our growing Technical team. As a Technical Specifications Administrator, you will carry out technical administrative tasks such as completing customer specifications and data analysis while also liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities as a Technical Specifications Administrator will be to:

1. Support the information required to maintain all certification schemes.
2. Assist in providing the required information during site audits and visits.
3. Maintain the supplier approval database using the Foods Connected system, chase suppliers for information, and provide a review to allow an approval assessment to be made.
4. Carry out regular traceability exercises across our product range to ensure we are maintaining our controls.
5. Carry out data analysis and provide information reports/trends to the team.
6. Set up new products on the systems with the necessary label information and specifications and, where relevant, input information into the customers\’ own specifications portal.
7. Draft customer complaint responses following discussions with the Technical/QA and Production team.

Required Experience/Expertise to Succeed as a Technical Specifications Administrator will include:

1. Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
2. Good communication skills, both written and oral.
