TEAM MANAGER - BLOCK FREEZING DEPARTMENT

Role: Team Manager (Block Freezing Department)
Location: Laforey Road, Grimsby
Salary: Competitive
Shift Pattern: Working a rotating shift pattern
Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Team Manager for the Block Freezing Department. As a Team Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a designated production line/team within the Production Area.

Key responsibilities as a Team Manager will include:

1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the block freezing process on site.
2. Manage the rework process of the by-product created on site through a mincing operation before freezing into blocks.
3. Minimise all product downgrades.
4. Team management for area employees.
5. Ensure all rework is completed as per specifications and within required timescales.

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Team Manager will include:

1. Previous management experience in food production.
2. Ability to interpret data (screen display).
3. Good attention to detail.
4. Flexibility.
