What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Supply Chain & Planning Administrator to join our growing team. As a Supply Chain & Planning Administrator you will provide planning and administrative support for UK/EU markets. Control of shipment schedule with supply base, reporting any deviation to commercial and supply chain team. To accurate update and review planning tools highlighting any stock disbalance. Control of customer orders fulfilment (OTIF) and providing feedback on any risk to Hilton Food Solutions service level.
Key responsibilities as a Supply Chain & Planning Administrator will be:
β Production of daily stock report
β Stock management-daily/weekly review of stock report highlighting any aging goods or OOD risk.
β Monitoring and controlling part pallets on stock
β Processing sales orders, and goods allocation
β Updating planning tools and trackers
β Daily review of open sales order with ops team,
β Highlighting any risk to Supply chain manager and commercial team
β Daily / weekly review of shipment schedules
β Supporting commercial team with SAP purchase orders and new products set up.
β Support with blast freezing and tempering requests
β Updating KPI\βs
β Proactively look for improvement to the supply chain network. Identify any opportunities in cost reduction or process efficiency.
Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Supply Chain & Planning Administrator will include:
β Knowledge of a supply chain, the flow of goods and services from supplier to consumer.
β Ability to manage relationships with service providers and internal staff members.
β Working understanding of Excel and other Microsoft packages.
β Working understanding of SAP or similar ERP system would be an advantage.
