The Senior Reward Analyst supports the development, implementation, and ongoing management of global compensation and benefits frameworks, working in close collaboration with the Director of Reward & Engagement.
This role is key to ensuring that compensation and benefits practices are data-driven, equitable, competitive, and aligned to the organisation\'s values and strategic goals. The Senior Reward Analyst provides analytical expertise, benchmarking, and modelling to guide decision-making across salary structures, pay progression, benefits and global reward governance.
They will develop business cases for change, including financial modelling and data analysis, and apply working knowledge of key Reward practices, best practices and industry knowledge to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Framework Implementation: Support the design and rollout of the global compensation framework, including job levelling and pay ranges. Establish appropriate grade structures, processes for job evaluation and market pricing of roles
*Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Analysis and benchmarking across the broad reward and benefits spectrum, as well as scanning the external environment to identify best practices and key trends across geographies
*Data & Modelling: Design and develop reward tools, templates, guidelines and calculators to the HR team to facilitate informed and accurate reward decision making
*Governance & Consistency: Support adherence to internal policies and compliance standards, including internal audit and external reporting compliance.
*Business Support: Provide advice on reward policies and processes to the P&C team, Senior Leaders, line managers and employees to ensure that informed and defensible decisions are taken within agreed reward principles and policies.
*Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting on compensation trends, pay equity, and policy impacts. Support the preparation of materials for leadership and board-level reviews.
*System & Process Development: Contribute to the optimisation of reward processes, data accuracy, and system integration with HRIS platforms.
*Cyclical activities: Support the delivery of annual reward calendar activities including pay review, apprentice pay, and salary range reviews by conducting research and providing detailed analysis. Support the design, development, and deployment of short- and long-term incentives, pay for performance, and annual pay reviews. Support the delivery of healthcare, risk, flexible, voluntary and retirement benefits, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and regulation
KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong analytical background with experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics
Excellent Excel skills and comfort with large datasets, modelling, and scenario planning
Familiarity with compensation benchmarking methodologies and tools (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Radford)
Understanding of job evaluation principles and job architecture frameworks
Experience supporting global or multi-region organisations desirable
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Clear and confident communication skills-able to translate data into insight for non-technical audiences
Experience with HRIS and compensation platforms, e.g. Cornerstoene would be a plus
Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related discipline preferred
