Role title: Machine Operator – Day Shift
Salary: £14.02 per hour
Shift/ Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm
Location: Huntingdon

About the role:

We are now looking for an experienced Machine Operator to support the daily operations of a designated production line and team within the Production Hall.

Responsibilities include:

1. Operating machinery as required.
2. Ensuring all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch.
3. Understanding product specifications and ensuring specs are available.
4. Supporting the team in implementing and improving procedures and processes to meet standards.
5. Providing recommendations for training all line operators.
6. Motivating reporting staff positively.
