About the role
We are now looking for Production Operatives for day shift to work on a production line and pack meat in line with specification and always work in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Checking the cuts of meat to ensure that they are in line with specifications
- Arranging meat in packaging, complying with display requirements set out in product specifications
- Ensuring that the pack weight is correct and in line with specifications
- Rejecting any items including packaging and meats that look to be outside of the parameters set out in the product specifications
- Hygiene duties, general housekeeping
