Als Teamleider Productie zorg jij voor een soepel en efficiënt verloop van de productieprocessen, zodat we hoogwaardige producten leveren. Je coördineert en geeft leiding aan de productieafdeling.

Wat ga je doen?
- Leidinggeven aan en het coachen en motiveren van teams.
- Doen van verbetervoorstellen t.b.v. optimalisatie van machinepark en productieafdeling.
- Beheren en verbeteren/standaardiseren van productieprocessen, kwaliteit, voortgang van productie en productieapparatuur.
- Is nadrukkelijk aanwezig op de werkvloer om toezicht te houden, medewerkers aan te sturen en knelpunten snel te signaleren.
- Personeelsplanningen maken.
- Coördineren van opbouw, ombouw en demontage diverse machines.
- Bewaken van de doelstellingen op het gebied van productiviteit, kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid.
- Voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken.
- Verhogen kennis en kunde van operators en productiemedewerkers eigen afdeling.
- Het accuraat verwerken en beheren van binnenkomende orders.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Mbo+/Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- Enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol in de Food branche.
- Kennis van HACCP.
- Kennis van en ervaring met continue verbeterprojecten (Lean, TPM).
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2 ploegendienst.
