The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Director (Added Value) to provide strategic leadership across food safety, quality and compliance for our Added Value operations. This is a high-profile role, partnering with senior leaders across multiple sites to shape and deliver our Quality Strategy, drive consistent standards and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading the implementation of Hilton Foods’ Quality Strategy across multiple sites.
- Providing expert guidance on food safety, quality and legal compliance.
- Driving consistency, best practice and continuous improvement across the business.
- Supporting senior leadership teams in managing quality and food safety risks.
- Leading quality projects and influencing future factory developments to ensure food safety is embedded from the outset.
- Monitoring industry developments and legislation to keep Hilton Foods at the forefront of best practice.
About You
You’ll be an experienced senior quality leader with:
- Extensive food manufacturing experience, ideally within Added Value and High Care/High Risk environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of food safety, quality systems and legislation.
- A collaborative leadership style with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
- A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) and fluent English.
