Location: Grimsby, Estate Road 2

Shift:

  • Week A: Rest Sunday-Thursday, Friday: 06:00-12:00 or 12:00-18:00, Saturday: 06:00-18:00
  • Week B: Sunday: 06:00-18:00, Monday-Friday: 14:00-22:00, Saturday rest
  • Week C: Sunday rest, Monday-Friday: 05:00-15:00, Saturday rest

About the role:

We are now looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer who thrives in a friendly, non-hierarchical, consumer-focused and customer-driven high-performance culture to join a business that will offer a long-term career and massive progression opportunities. As a Multiskilled Engineer, some of the responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintenance of a wide variety of equipment within a fresh food processing and packing operation, including Baader, Marel and Multivac.
  • Responding to breakdowns of high-speed lines minimising line downtime.
  • Adherence to the planned maintenance system.
  • Taking ownership of small projects within the team.
  • Working within Hilton Group H&S Framework to promote good H&S Culture and best practice.

To succeed as a Multiskilled Engineer, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise:

  • Electrical bias.
  • Previously worked in a similar FMCG environment.
  • Specific equipment knowledge and experience preferable.
  • IOSH Trained preferable.
  • Time Served recognised apprenticeship.
  • At least 5 years’ experience beyond this apprenticeship.
  • BTEC Level 3 or above in Engineering Discipline.
