Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting all employees and visitors on site in a friendly and helpful manner, projecting the correct positive image for the site.
  • Managing all inbound calls and ensuring they are connected to the correct contact.
  • Sorting incoming and outbound post.
  • Assisting with enquiries or forwarding them on to the correct person if this is not possible.
  • Providing general administrative support – e-filing and general administration for the department.
  • Monitoring and responding accordingly to the HR inbox emails in a timely fashion, or forwarding to the correct team member.
  • Adding absences to the HR system from the absence log as required.
  • Running weekly reports off the HR system to support the team.
  • Managing the administrative Occupational Health process, ensuring employees attend health surveillance.
  • Administering completion of risk assessment based on the Working Time Directive report.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate level proficiency of Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral.
  • Previous reception experience highly desirable, but not essential.
