Purpose of the Role
Responsible for the administration, configuration, optimisation, and support of the Cornerstone HRIS platform. The role ensures accurate system configuration, data integrity, workflow management, and effective HR operations across the organisation. The role supports the HRIS Project Team and wider business by translating operational requirements into scalable system solutions while providing guidance to People & Culture teams across regions.
Key Accountabilities
- System Administration & Configuration
- Administer and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand system including organisational structures, workflows, and system settings.
- Update and manage organisational units, hierarchies, and system structures in line with business changes.
- Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and approval processes.
- Manage system permissions, roles, and security to ensure appropriate access and compliance.
- Data Management & Integrity
- Upload, validate, and maintain HR data within the system ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Support data preparation, cleansing, and migration activities during system rollouts and updates.
- Reporting & Insights
- Build, maintain, and run system reports to support operational and project requirements.
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned to business requirements.
- Support stakeholders in accessing and understanding HR data through reporting tools.
- Implementation & Project Support
- Support the HRIS Project Team with system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Write and execute system and user acceptance testing scripts.
- Assist in the rollout of new modules, features, and system enhancements.
- Learning & Content Management
- Upload and maintain learning content within the system.
- Support the management and migration of training records and learning data.
- Assist with basic content creation and system setup within the learning module.
- User Support & Guidance
- Provide guidance and support to People & Culture teams, managers, and employees on system usage.
- Deliver system training and support materials to improve user adoption.
- Act as a key contact for system-related queries and issue resolution.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve system processes, workflows, and user experience.
- Support enhancements that improve efficiency, data quality, and usability.
- Contribute to the ongoing optimisation of HRIS capabilities across the business.
