Role responsibilities:
- Assist with purchase invoice processing - matching to purchase orders and checking authorisation then digitally filing on the system.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations - ensuring our purchase ledger accounts are well maintained with any variances investigated and resolved with suppliers.
- Assist with Sales invoicing - raising and issuing sales invoices from ERP system then processing on finance system.
- Performing credit control activities.
Qualifications / experience:
- SAP
- Microsoft Office literacy with good knowledge of Excel
