The Person:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leading role, preferably in a night shift setting
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team

The Role:

  • To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
  • To assist and support the Night Manager in overseeing the night operations and duties of the hotel.
  • Supervise the night team and support them with training and guidance.
  • Complete and file night reports and shift handovers accurately.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, by conducting checks and night walks.
