You will join and lead the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen. You enjoy leading the brigade, preparing and presenting high quality dishes with pride and precision. You will recruit and develop your team, ensuring that everyone has a personal development plan in place. You will implement new menus and monitor compliance with all operating standards and procedures.
