The successful candidate must have a positive, friendly and flexible attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with managers, staff, directors, tenants and external professionals. Applicants should have a minimum of three years experience managing a learning disability service or similar, experience of managing staff teams across dispersed locations, and a good understanding of contractual and regulatory requirements.
A recognised degree or relevant professional qualification is desirable, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered. NVQ/RQF Level 5 in Care Management or equivalent is preferred. The salary package will be discussed with the successful candidate.
