Hilton Care provides high quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may have associated disabilities such as physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and mental health needs. The people we support live in their own home. Our staff support people in all aspects of their daily lives so that they can choose what they want to do, when they want to do it, and who they want to do it with. Many of our Tenants have profound and multiple learning and physical disabilities.
