We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Manager to support the delivery of high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior managers and directors to support local managers, improve service delivery, identify risks and service shortfalls, and ensure effective corrective action is taken.
The role will involve:
- Auditing services
- Reviewing care and support plans
- Promoting person-centered outcomes
- Supporting staff teams
- Maintaining strong communication with tenants, families and professionals
- Helping services work towards excellent CQC standards
Applicants should have at least three years experience managing a learning disability or similar care service, experience managing dispersed staff teams, and a good understanding of contractual, regulatory and quality requirements. A positive, friendly and flexible attitude is key to this role. The successful candidate must be able to communicate well, build strong working relationships, and get on positively with tenants, families, colleagues, managers and external professionals. The salary package will be discussed with the successful candidate.
