The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Hilton Care provides supported living to adults with a learning disability including people with moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities. This includes people that have associated physical disabilities, sensory impairment and/or mental health needs. We are passionate about helping people to live full, independent and active lives in their community.

As a Team Leader you will primarily be based in one service providing continuity of care supporting both service users and your team. Team Leaders need to be able to set the standard regarding the deliverance of personal care and be willing and able to support our service users in all aspects of their daily lives so that they can choose what they want to do, when they want to do it, and who they want to do it with. Every day is different, depending on the activities that the service users want to do from running their home, shopping, leisure and social activities.

The key objective of the role is to ensure that the needs of service users are being met in accordance with contractual arrangements, at all times, identifying opportunities for improving the service where possible.
