Hilton Community Services Ltd is hiring a Team Leader based in King's Lynn, Norfolk, East Anglia, UK. This is a full-time opportunity (£15.50 per hour). Hilton Care provides supported living to adults with a learning disability including people with moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities. This includes people that have associated physical disabilities, sensory impairment and/or mental health needs.
