Hilton Care provides supported living to adults with a learning disability including people with moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities. This includes people that have associated physical disabilities, sensory impairment and/or mental health needs. We are passionate about helping people to live full, independent and active lives in their community.

As a Team Leader you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the care team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained, and supporting individuals in their daily activities.
