We are looking for a highly motivated people person with a passion to succeed in sales within the Hospitality Industry to join our team as Sales Executive for the iconic Hilton Birmingham Metropole, the largest residential conference hotel outside of London.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and supported by our Snr Sales Managers, this newly created role will be a key part of our proactive sales function for the hotel. The successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of sales development from research to develop new business, utilising social platforms to drive opportunity, networking in the local market, to client show rounds and much more.

The hotel's IBT sector has developed greatly over the past few years, so this would be a key focus for the role. Whilst experience in sales or hospitality would be beneficial, we are looking for a people person with innovative fresh ideas to drive sales and a strong desire to progress to the next level within the industry.

Training and development is a huge part of our sales culture and we are looking for someone who is not only hungry for the opportunity but will strive to be the best in the business and further their career within the Hilton sales team.
