At Hilton Belfast, we are looking for a commercial, hands-on, and strategic Maintenance Manager to lead our Property Operations team. This isn't just a "fixing things" job. You will lead and support a team of three maintenance assistants, driving sustainability initiatives to hit our environmental targets, and keeping a fast-paced, high-volume property running at absolute peak performance. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and management of all areas of the hotel, including energy conservation. You will use your leadership skills to inspire your team and provide a seamless guest experience every time.

Your role:
The role requires someone who will be hands-on with repair and general maintenance. You will meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on the property. The right candidate, therefore, must be organised, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager. If you are passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you.

- Highly self-motivated, confident, decisive, and able to work with limited supervision
- Attention to the smallest details
- Good understanding of compliance in hospitality and hotels
- Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers

- Knowledge of electrics and health and safety
- Computer literacy is also a key for the compliance and audit part of the role
