About the Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen team, ensuring consistently high standards across all food offerings—from à la carte dining to large scale events and conferences.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing brigade
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Contributing to menu development and seasonal innovation
  • Managing stock, ordering, and cost control

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
  • A genuine passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP

Specifically, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
