Hilton Belfast is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and contribute to delivering food of the highest quality.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will mentor junior chefs, control costs, assist menu development, and uphold standards across banqueting and dining. We offer a permanent full-time role with shift flexibility, staff discounts, and progression opportunities.
