We’re on the lookout for a Casual Public Areas Housekeeper to join our team on a flexible basis for evening shifts from 6pm onwards (approximately 4 hours per shift). Reporting directly to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. You will perform all required cleanliness tasks and ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

Your role:
As a Public Area Cleaner, your focus will be to create a positive and memorable arrival experience for guests through high standards of cleanliness and efficient service. Responsibilities of the Public Area Cleaner will include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs
- Making sure that all public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
