We are looking for a creative, energetic, and experienced Mixologist to join our talented beverage team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your role
As a Mixologist, you will ensure smooth and efficient service behind the bar and act as a deputy to the Bar Manager.
You will be preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar and creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest needs and expectations every time.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

- The core skills and experience required to succeed
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
- Previous experience as a Mixologist, ideally within a bar environment in a hotel;
- The motivation to deliver outstanding service;
- A passion for cocktails;
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with both colleagues and guests;
- A professional, organised and friendly approach;
- Impeccable standards of personal presentation;
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
