As a Content Marketing Executive at the Hilton-Baird Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing content that drives engagement, growth and enquiries. You will create compelling content for various B2B audiences throughout different stages of the buying cycle, across various platforms, optimising for SEO, as well as analysing its performance to ensure it meets our marketing goals. Collaborating with the marketing team and other stakeholders, you will help shape and strengthen our brand's voice and maintain a consistent, engaging presence online that supports our marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Create high-quality, compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, case studies, website, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Work with external agencies to develop content with SEO best practices in mind to improve our digital visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor content performance, providing analytics and insights to continuously improve effectiveness.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a B2B content marketing role.

Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
Experience of creating social media content in a professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
