Senior Product Manager, Consumer

Overview

As the Senior Product Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for creating consumer-facing product experiences in service of our mission to manage the world\’s blood pressure. To do so, you will deeply understand their needs throughout the user journey — all while managing the product roadmap, feature development, and the KPIs that measure our impact.

This is a remote-friendly position but must be available during European work hours and willing to regularly travel to our centers of engineering excellence in Switzerland and Belgrade.

Role Responsibilities

1. Identify product opportunities via market research, customer interviews, and analytics
2. Create, prioritize, and evangelize the product roadmap
3. Lead a cross functional team through product discovery and development
4. Establish and collect success metrics (KPIs) to ensure we are achieving our intended outcomes
5. Manage change and ambiguity. We\’re a fast growing startup, you\’ll be responsible for keeping the team focused on the customer in an ever-changing environment.

Requirements

What we look for

1. 5+ years experience managing products that improved the lives of consumers
2. Demonstrated product taste and experience shipping products that drive impact
3. Experience with AI tools for product development
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both live and asynchronously
5. Insatiable curiosity for understanding digital behavior, motivation, and adoption
6. Make it happen attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, and wearing many hats
7. Self-starter, proactive, demonstrated self and team motivator
8. Ability to persuade and problem solve with cross functional partners
9. Expertise in digital product discovery and development
10. Experience defining use cases/user stories intended for design and development teams
11. Someone that flourishes in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments
12. Passion for healthcare and/or improving health through technology

Ideal But Not Required

1. Experience operating in a regulated product category
2. Experience in cardiovascular monitoring or digital therapeutics
3. A solid grasp of the healthcare and consumer channels and/or physicians and other key decision makers in the clinical channel
