Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape and drive our product strategy and execution. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define product direction, set priorities, and ensure strong execution across the product lifecycle. You will play a key role in connecting company vision to product outcomes, making thoughtful trade-offs, and bringing clarity to complex decisions. This role requires someone who combines strong product thinking with analytical depth, strategic vision, and a highly collaborative mindset. We are looking for a product leader who operates with high ownership, brings structure and rigour to how we build products, and elevates product management practices across the organisation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Shaping the Product Strategy
    • Own and evolve key parts of our product roadmap
    • Translate company goals and customer needs into clear product priorities
    • Make clear and effective prioritisation decisions across competing opportunities
    • Proactively identify opportunities to expand and strengthen our product offering
  • Data-Driven Product Development
    • Define and evolve the product metrics framework
    • Leverage the company's analytics stack (e.g. Metabase) to inform product decisions
    • Build and maintain a data-informed backlog grounded in insights and performance
    • Design and run structured experiments to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes
    • Continuously measure impact and iterate based on data
  • AI-Enabled Product Development
    • Actively use AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and decision-making
    • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product development and user experience
    • Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and apply them pragmatically
  • Execution & Engineering Collaboration
    • Own and drive the engineering-product cadence in close collaboration with existing PMs
    • Translate strategy into clear, structured inputs for engineering teams
    • Write high-quality product specifications, including detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
    • Ensure strong backlog hygiene and clear, effective prioritisation
  • Collaboration & Product Leadership
    • Work closely with engineering, data, design, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure strong alignment
    • Act as a strong product voice, improving structured decision-making and product practices
    • Help bring clarity and focus to complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Team Enablement
    • Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and high-performing product culture
    • Support and mentor more junior members of the product team

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience shaping product strategy and delivering complex product initiatives
  • Strong experience working in data-heavy or analytics-driven environments
  • Experience in fast-moving environments such as scale-ups or technology-driven companies
  • Exposure to health tech, consumer products, wearables or regulated environments is a plus
