Dispatch & Warehouse Operative
Salary: £13.29ph (Includes a £40 per week shift allowance)
Job Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
MDE Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Bristol, a recognised leader in the welding and fabrication industry. We are looking for a reliable and motivated team player to join their Dispatch department and support the smooth running of warehouse operations.
Rotating Shift Pattern – Every 2 Weeks

Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Shift 2: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)
and 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM (Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Preparing, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Organising and maintaining stock accuracy

Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries

Coordinating the movement of goods and materials
-
Assisting with light assembly tasks as required

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
