The technical team provides engineering support across all project stages. This role will involve detailed civil and structural design for utility scale solar PV and energy storage sites, covering early stage development through to construction drawings. You will work within an international environment and contribute to continuous improvement across the engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
- Civil and structural design for site layouts, earthworks, drainage, access roads, foundations and substructure works.
- Production and management of design deliverables from concept through to construction.
- Coordination with internal engineering teams on multidisciplinary requirements.
- Preparation of tender and proposal documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant planning, regulatory and construction standards.
- Use of CAD and modelling tools to produce drawings and technical documents.
General Requirements
- Follow internal quality, environmental and health and safety processes.
- Provide wider technical support to the engineering team when required.

Your Profile
- Civil Engineering graduate.
- Experience in civil or structural design within solar, renewable energy or power generation projects.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
- Competent in producing drainage, earthworks, access road and foundation designs.
- Working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Experience with CAD and civil design software.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
