- Shift 1: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Shift 2: Monday – Thursday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM & Friday, 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
About The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Bristol. Looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their Dispatch and Inbound teams. These full‑time, hands‑on roles are in a busy warehouse environment, suitable for reliable and motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team. Counterbalance forklift experience is essential. A formal licence is not required, but you must have recent, hands‑on experience operating a counterbalance forklift, whether in‑house trained or from previous roles.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Role:
- Unloading deliveries and booking goods into the system
- Moving stock into storage using a counterbalance forklift
- Checking quantities and quality of incoming stock
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
Dispatch Role:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Preparing items for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping
- Loading finished goods onto delivery vehicles
- Assisting with light assembly tasks if required
Both roles include general housekeeping duties and support smooth warehouse operations.

- Experience using a counterbalance forklift (licence not required)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or goods‑in environment
