Electrician – Renewables

Hill View Renewables is a growing electrical and renewable energy company specialising in domestic and commercial solar PV, battery storage and EV charging projects.
We’re looking for an experienced electrician to join us at an exciting stage of the business.
This role would particularly suit someone who wants more than just another electrical job . We’re looking for someone ambitious, hard-working and keen to help grow the company.
You’ll be working on a varied mix of electrical and renewable installations across Scotland, including solar PV, battery storage and EV charging. Previous renewables experience is useful, but it isn’t essential — we’re happy to provide training for someone with the right attitude and electrical experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a JIB Gold Card
- Holds City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent
- Is qualified to 18th Edition
- Takes pride in their work
- Is reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
- Works hard and is prepared to put the effort in when required
- Is keen to learn and develop within renewables
- Wants the opportunity to earn well and progress as the company grows
- Gets on well with customers and the rest of the team
Renewables experience is an advantage but attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn matter just as much .
