Base pay range

We are looking for a reliable and proactive property manager to join our friendly goewing team at Hillview Park Estates Ltd. Based in Bromley, you\'ll take a well supported role managing a residential portfolio with a strong focus on tenant and landlord liaison, repairs and maintenance coordination and safety compliance. The position is ideal for someone with at least 2+ years experience in Property Management or coordination who is comfortable managing property tasks through property software systems and thrives in an organised team based environment. You\'ll be supported during onboarding by our newly appointed Operations Manager who previously held the role. They\'ll be on hand to ensure you receive full training and a smooth transition into the position. The role is structured to maintain a healthy work life balance, with no weekend working required, no report writing and a clear set of responsibilities. Occasional property visits may be needed for things like key handovers or contractor access but you wont be expected to complete inspections or prepare inventory reports. The sucessful candidate will be expected to handle Tenancy Onboarding, Repairs & Maintenance, Safety & Compliance, Communications & Coordination, Sytem Management & Admin. a good understanding of UK Property compliance is preferred but not essential. A clean driving licence is esssential and access to a car is a bonus.
