Hillview Medical Centre in Woking, Surrey is seeking a salaried doctor for 4 clinical sessions. Hillview Medical Centre is a well-established, forward-thinking, friendly training practice that has a well-organised and dedicated team, with strong nursing and administrative support. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed team player to join our expanding Practice. We offer a supportive and learning environment for all our clinical staff.
Main duties of the job:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based clinical care including acute, chronic, and preventative consultations.
- Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient allocation and reduce unnecessary GP workload.
- Use EMIS and associated clinical system to maintain accurate, timely documentation and support clinical decision making.
- Participate in duty/on call rotas where required.
- Participate in clinical meetings, MDT discussions, and monthly protected learning time.
- Engage in personal development and appraisal processes.
- Uphold the organisation's values, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
