We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide residents with a detailed care plan, and assist with all aspects of personal care during the day. Ensuring the residents maintain independence and dignity, using a person-centred approach.

Night Care Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• To perform care duties and assist with cleaning duties throughout the duration of the entire night shift as the night shift is a waking duty.
• To provide the care detailed in the residents individualised care plan using a person centred approach
• To work in line with the Company\’s culture and ethos promoting Commitment, Connection and Compassion within daily duties.
• To ensure that the Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM) device is used effectively.
