Hilltop Leaf maintains a robust Pharmaceutical Quality System, covering procurement, release, storage, distribution, transportation, documentation, vendor assurance, complaints handling, deviations, CAPA, recalls, and change management.
About the Role: You will manage and support the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring continuous inspection readiness. You will support the Head of Quality Control and the Responsible Person for MHRA-licensed activities.
- Quality Management System: Manage quality systems and support inspections by auditors, MHRA, and the Home Office.
- Support preparation for regulatory licence approvals.
- Manage and execute Change Controls, Incidents, Deviations, Complaints, CAPAs, and Risk Assessments (Owner/Approver).
- Support Vendor & Customer Qualification programmes.
- Support Qualification & Validation activities.
- Support generation of Quality Metrics and performance against KPIs.
- Administration: Maintain QA databases, including:
- Database upkeep
- Record filing & archiving
- Document Master List updates
- Product Specification maintenance
- Certificate & Batch Record generation
- Write documentation: protocols, reports, presentations.
- Author procedures, forms, and policies.
- Training & Development: Promote a culture of quality and compliance.
- Deliver training on Quality Management Systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Update QMS activities associated with product release.
- Drive continuous improvement across the business.
