Hillsong Church UK is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to develop frameworks for organisational risk and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. The role provides assurance across risk, compliance and safeguarding, protecting staff, volunteers and the wider church community.
Leading safeguarding governance, you will supervise the Safeguarding Officer, maintain policies, and escalate risks to senior leadership and trustees while coordinating with Charity Commission.
