- Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to drive high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and pupil wellbeing.
- Ensure safeguarding remains central to all aspects of school life and fulfil designated safeguarding responsibilities.
- Lead, develop and hold staff accountable for delivering excellent teaching and learning.
- Oversee curriculum, resources and finances to secure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Build strong partnerships with families, governors, the Trust and the wider community to support continuous school improvement.
