  • Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to drive high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and pupil wellbeing.
  • Ensure safeguarding remains central to all aspects of school life and fulfil designated safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Lead, develop and hold staff accountable for delivering excellent teaching and learning.
  • Oversee curriculum, resources and finances to secure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, governors, the Trust and the wider community to support continuous school improvement.
