As a Senior Care Assistant, your role goes beyond supporting daily routines; you’ll guide a team, nurture a compassionate environment, and ensure our residents always feel valued, safe, and respected. You’ll lead by example, mentor new team members, and oversee the delivery of high‑quality care across every shift.

What We Offer:

  • £14.00 per hour
  • Contracted 33 hours per week, flexible night shifts available
  • Enhanced overtime incentives (after contractual hours are completed)

Who We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care with at least 1 year of care experience
  • Confident in leading shifts, mentoring staff, and delivering person‑centred care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and support your team
  • Organised, observant, and proactive, maintaining high standards of care
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a focus on career growth and leadership
