As a Night Charge Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role within the home, helping to create a safe, calm and supportive environment throughout the night while ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. Combining strong clinical knowledge with compassionate leadership, you will oversee the smooth running of the nightshift, lead the care team and ensure residents’ individual needs are met with dignity, kindness and professionalism. You will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring wellbeing, responding to changes in condition and making informed clinical decisions when needed.
Working closely with colleagues, residents and families, you will help maintain high standards of care while providing guidance, reassurance and leadership across the shift. This is an opportunity to take ownership, lead with confidence and play an important role within a supportive and well organised team environment.

- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
