Hillside Gems is seeking a warm Forest School Practitioner to join our two sites, The Barn and Terling, from September 2026. You will support outdoor learning for children aged 3+, delivering hands-on, nature‑based sessions in a safe and inspiring environment.
The role is term-time, 38 weeks per year, with regular Tue/ Wed/ Thu hours and additional days possible. Salary £12.98 per hour plus £1.57 holiday pay, total £14.55 per hour.
