We’re holding an Apprentice Open Day on Friday 10th July, starting at 1:30pm, for anyone interested in finding out more about Hillsgreen and what a career with us could look like. The day will give you the chance to learn a bit about who we are, what we do, and the opportunities available within the business. We’ll talk you through life at Hillsgreen, the kind of work we do for clients, and how an apprenticeship could help you take your first step into a career in marketing, digital, content or creative. About Us: We’re the agricultural and rural marketing agency built on genuine sector knowledge, unique audience insight and a deep passion for the agriculture and rural economy. - Campaign Support: Set up paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. Support keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis. Upload ad creative and check tracking and URLs. Monitor live campaigns and flag issues to your manager. Support A/B testing of ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
- Reporting and Analytics: Pull weekly and monthly performance reports. Update dashboards and track KPIs. Help analyse campaign results and identify patterns. Support the use of Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Make sure campaign data is recorded accurately.
- Content and Multi-Channel Support: Assist with organic social scheduling and content planning. Support email marketing campaigns from build through to basic reporting. Help coordinate with creative teams on asset requirements. Keep messaging consistent across every channel.
- Learning and Development: Complete your apprenticeship coursework and assessments. Attend internal training sessions. Stay on top of platform changes and digital trends. Work towards managing smaller campaigns independently over time.
What you'll bring! A genuine interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn. Organised and comfortable managing deadlines. Comfortable working with data and interpreting results. Good written communication skills. GCSEs in English and Maths, or a willingness to complete Functional Skills if needed. Full UK driving licence required.
