Hills Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge seeks a Learning Support Mentor to join the Study Skills team, supporting students including those with SEND. You will provide one-to-one mentoring, run small group workshops, signpost to resources and offer occasional in-class support to help students access their A-level courses.

The role involves maintaining records, liaising with staff, and promoting independent study with strong interpersonal and IT skills. Training and induction are provided.
